Hi! I am Claudia Monreal,

Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a degree in Graphic Design and a Master's Degree in Technological Business Innovation. I am an educational researcher with a Ph.D. in the research topic of Design Thinking. Currently, I am also studying Systems Engineering.

Currently, I work at Adventa as a communication leader, specializing in automated omnichannel communication strategy and the development of AI chatbots for clients such as PepsiCo, Heineken, Xiaomi, General Motors, among others.

Seeking new challenges, I worked at Improving Nearshore as a Lead Digital Marketing Specialist. In 2020, I had the opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on projects like Tour Franquicias Jalisco (the first immersive virtual expo in Mexico) and Truekx (a mobile application for bartering among SMEs).

As Creative Director at Innovation Factory Mexico, I had the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and develop more than 200 projects for Small and Medium Enterprises, including the development of IT solutions and digital marketing strategies for most of them. In several of these projects, I also took on the role of Product Owner.

As part of my continuous development, in 2011 I started as a professor of Design and Web Design at Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara (UP G). Currently, I am working at the Universidad de Guadalajara (U de G) and Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) as a leading professor of Digital Marketing, Strategic Design, Communication, and Innovation.

As an enthusiast of UX design and marketing, I have developed myself as an analytical leader and creative problem solver, looking for projects that help people integrate technology into their life and business easily.
